Construction Service Process

The following process provides a clear overview of how your project is managed, ensuring all stages progress smoothly, construction quality is strictly controlled, and the overall project is more predictable and worry-free.

01

Document Review & Requirements Confirmation

We begin by requesting essential project information from the client, including tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), construction drawings, architectural/interior design plans, and site details.

Our engineering team will conduct a comprehensive review and evaluation of:

  • Scope of work
  • Material specifications
  • Installation requirements and constraints
  • Technical feasibility

Upon completion of the assessment, we will submit a formal quotation. If any items require clarification, we will provide technical clarifications to ensure complete alignment and an accurate quotation.

02

Pre-Construction Preparation

Upon receiving the Letter of Award (LOA), we immediately initiate pre-construction preparations, including:

  • Verifying whether the site has achieved site readiness.
  • Reviewing key conditions, such as structural completion, compatibility with other trades, and the feasibility of the construction access route.

Once all prerequisites are confirmed, we proceed to on-site surveys and measurements to ensure subsequent work progresses smoothly.

03

Site Visit & Measurement

Our team will conduct a complete site visit to verify:

  • On-site conditions and structural status
  • Installation locations, access points, and lifting/ hoisting paths
  • Potential obstacles or necessary adjustments that may impact construction

This is followed by precise site measurements, with the actual dimensions serving as the basis for the shop drawing and ensuring accurate subsequent installation.

04

Construction Drawings & Material Preparation

Based on actual measurements and design requirements, we prepare formal shop drawings and submit them for approval to:

  • The consultant
  • The civil & structural engineer (C&S)

After approval is obtained, material preparation begins immediately:

  • Procurement of materials
  • Metal cutting, welding, and fabrication
  • Completion of all components required before installation

All fabrication is completed internally by our team, ensuring full control over quality and timelines while significantly reducing the risk of rework.

05

On-site Installation

Once all components are ready, we schedule our installation team to proceed according to the project timeline.

All technicians are trained in CIDB technical and safety standards, and the entire installation process is executed strictly in accordance with:

  • Approved drawings
  • The method statement
  • CIDB safety SOP

Throughout installation, we maintain continuous coordination with the main contractor and other trades to ensure a smooth workflow, adherence to design requirements, and a controlled construction environment.

06

Acceptance & Completion Documents

Upon completion of the project, we conduct several levels of inspection

Site inspection
Verifying installation quality and all relevant details.
Audit
Joint inspection with suppliers to ensure all deliverables meet required standards.

Once all prerequisites are confirmed, we proceed to on-site surveys and measurements to ensure subsequent work progresses smoothly.

Once all items are formally confirmed, we submit:

  • As-built drawing
  • Payment Claim, prepared according to the completion schedule and contract requirements

With this, the entire construction process is completed, enabling you to proceed with the final inspection and handover with complete confidence.

The above process outlines the standard framework for general construction projects. The actual procedures may be adjusted based on project type, document availability, or on-site conditions.
